As you know, I spent substantial time with representatives from BHSD visiting districts having one high school located on multiple campuses.  In late November 2011, I was asked by the Lighthouse Curriculum Committee to write a report.   With a much troubled past, a draft was presented early this year.  When it came time to post the report on the BHSD web-site the committee, in my absence, decided not to post the entire report.
Although the report is identified as a DRAFT, the District has had three months to respond to my request for help by making additions or corrections.   As they have not chosen to do so, I consider the report to be fundamentally an accurate reflection of the results of the visits.
